"Put The Blame On Mane" is probably the most famous of all the Femme-Fatale set-pieces.  Anyone who has never seen the notorious strip routine should be ashamed of themselves.  And I would defy anyone who has only seen it once to say exactly how much Rita Hayworth actually removes during that number.  Will hays reduced it to virtually nothing, but even he couldn't legislate against Animal Magnetism, and for all the good his "Code" did, Our Rita might have well have stayed in the buff.
